Scary Adventures

We all get used to the ordinary outings in coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Sometimes we feel that we need to try something new, go through a unique adventure and feel the rise of adrenaline in your veins.

Trapped Egypt:

There, you will live in a real escaping adventure for an hour. It consists of 4 rooms and each room has its own story. You will have to escape within the 60 minutes. You won't feel that it is fake even for a second.

Escapers:

Another place but with the similar idea, it also consists of several rooms, you will get 60 minutes to solve puzzles, riddles and mysteries in a room. The goal is simple yet challenging, get out in time!

Horror House:

The first real horror house in Egypt, it has no rules but it is cursed. Three girls were living in it, the first girl is schizophrenic and turns to be so scary, the second one is crazy about the red color and blood and the third one had killed her husband because of his betrayal and started killing all the people she meets. Try to escape safely but don't try to hide out.

Tableya

A place where you can spend all the day with your friends without getting bored.

It is located in Elsheikh Zayed in front of El Yasmine compound. There, you can enjoy the Bedouin seat on the lake while having an oriental breakfast. There are also some tents and you will feel the real atmosphere of a Bedouin day in a desert. 

You will not only find it as the right place to chill out but also you will find horses to ride and have a nice time.

Tableya is a suitable place for all ages, even if you have kids, they will have a great time in the kids' area and keep playing all the day.

The place has a real Bedouin atmosphere with its decoration, seats, carpets even the workers with their Bedouin uniform will make you actually feel as if you are spending your day in the oases.

At night you will enjoy the Bedouin music and Bedouin show before heading to home happily and refreshed.

Adrenalin Paintball

Felouka

The magical and stunning view of The Nile has always been one of our lifetime favorite views in Egypt. While riding a bus or a car next to the Nile no one can take his/her eyes away from it. Nothing is comfortable and beautiful than this feeling when the air touches your skin and pass through your hair while you’re watching the Nile river.

Go and have a ride in the Felouka. First, go to Abdel Moneam Riyad square and go to the Nile on foot. Second, you’ll find there a variety of Feloukas and you choose either riding with strangers, with friends or family members. Third, you’ll pay nearly 20 L.E per each 30 minutes.

During the ride, you’ll enjoy the amazing view of the sunset, and the cool weather. If you’re going with your family, don’t forget your music, food and playing cards, but if you’re going with your friends at night, make a tea party while listening to Um Kalthuum.

PS: Don’t forget to offer the boatman a cup of tea.

Healthy Escapism

Who doesn’t need a break after an exhausted week?

Of course all of us need to escape from work or college and take a deep breath. Some Egyptian youth made a different and also a healthy way of escapism which is (Sports Events). Those events are organized by sports' teams. Those events take place every Friday at the morning, people know information about the event through social media. People know the starting and ending point of the event through Facebook page.

If you see many people gathered in the street, they’re of course participating in one of these events. One of the most famous sport teams is Cairo Runners, they organize half marathons and runs. They give prizes to the winners. They also write tips for diet to encourage people to have healthy bodies. Those who succeed in losing weight, their before and after pictures are published on the Facebook page with their names to motivate them and the others.

Another example of these sport teams is Go Bike. It organizes cycling events. People who owe bikes go to the location of the event directly and those who don’t have ones must buy a ticket to use one of the bikes which the team provides. Those sports teams are sponsored by huge and famous companies. Sometimes they donate with the money they receive to a specific charitable organization.

There are many Fridays to come, join them and have a break.
